Care of the Whole Person is an all-volunteer group of parishioners who put caring into action by providing a network of resources and support for individuals and families in all phases of life. They take the Eucharist to facilities, hospitals, and homebound people. They offer in-home wellness checks, guidance and pre-need planning for the end of life, and assist with Advanced Health Care Directives, as well as grief and bereavement support and referrals to outside resources.
