Mass Links For
The 30th Sunday in Ordinary Time

It looks like Fall has arrived, and so has the Rock and Roll Marathon delaying traffic on Sunday morning. Music selections are below for this week’s readings. Masses are today at 4:30PM and tomorrow at 8:00AM, 10:00AM and 5:00PM.

Tomorrow’s 8:00AM Mass is streamed live at this link.

Fr. Emmanuel makes available his homily on his blog at this link.

Music For The
30th Sunday in Ordinary Time

Dear Fellow Parishioners,

This week the choir is singing all songs we’ve done before and you can find the words in this attachment.

The Gospel tells us the story of Bartimaeus, the blind man in Jericho, who is given sight by Jesus. The majority of songs this week are inspired by his story.

This song is introduced by the singer/composer with a backstory that lasts about a minute and a half. ‘Different’ by Micah Tyler  https://youtu.be/xUT4trsrBCw

The title for this next song caught my eye and, listening to it, I thought that it expresses how many of us feel (although you might change the beverage that you would offer him.) ‘Beer with Jesus’ by Thomas Rhett  https://youtu.be/dphMriny1Js

I hope you enjoy the music and have a great week! God bless.
