Adult Religious Education
We believe her at Sacred Heart that our Faith Formation does not end in High School. We are called to continue growing in faith and knowledge of God! Thus, we provide opportunities to cultivate this knowledge such as Bible Studies and Questions and Answer Sessions. We host formal classes in the Fall and Spring on Wednesdays. Currently we have our scripture study at two different time: 1pm in person and 7pm on Zoom. Click this link to see page. Our Question and Answer Sessions are hosted by our Pastor Father Tom. We host these Q & A’s the First Monday of the month around 7pm. See the parish calendar to keep updated for these nights of faith sharing.

Becoming Catholic
To become Catholic in the Catholic Church we host a program call RCIA. These classes are for people entering into the Catholic Church. This is also for Baptized Catholics that have not finished their Sacraments of Initiation (First Communion and Confirmation). These classes are hosted on Monday nights starting September 20, 2021. Children Religious Education
We offer faith opportunities for children ages Kindergarten to Fifth grade on Sundays. Our first program is formal classes at Sacred Heart Academy. These classes are Sunday mornings starting October 3, 2021 at 8:30am. The classes are divided by age level and provides a loving atmosphere for kids to learn more about their faith. This is also the classes that kids take to get their First Communion and First Reconciliation. Our next faith growing opportunity is Children’s Liturgy of the Word. This takes kids away during the Mass’s Liturgy of the Word and has a program for them that explains the Word of God on their level of understanding. This also begins on Sunday October 3, 2021 but is for only the 10am Mass. Click this link for more information on these programs.

Confirmation
Teen Confirmation meets every other Wednesday night of the month, 7:00PM-8:30PM beginning October 6th at Sacred Heart Academy. It is now going to be a 2-year program beginning October 2021 and teens will be Confirmed sometime either in late April or May 2023. Click this link to see more details on the program.
