Christmas Tree Sales Fundraiser:
We’re back again for our annual Christmas Tree Sales Fundraiser to support our Youth Ministry programs and activities! All proceeds from the Tree Sale go directly towards programs that enrich our teens in Youth Ministry!
We have all kinds of awesome things like 3 types of trees, wreaths, cross wreaths, and more! Plus every tree is cut fresh the day they leave Oregon and they are AMAZING glimpses into a wintry Christmas Evergreen forest! Click here for Prices and What We Offer!
How to Order Christmas Trees:
Pre-Sale of Trees and Wreaths will be after all Masses the weekends of November 7th-8th and November 14th-15th. You may pay by cash or check this way. Trees can also be ordered on the website with a credit or debit card anytime before November 15th! (Link will be posted by Tuesday November 3rd)
Last day to order trees is November 15th. After this day there will be no more chance to purchase a tree or wreath both at the Church or online as the entire process is pre-sale only!
Pickup will be Sunday December 6th from 8:30AM-1:00PM in our Christmas Tree Lot in the courtyard of the Church!
If you are unable to deliver your tree yourself to your house we can arrange to have your tree delivered the day of! Let us know if you need a stand ahead of time and we can get one for you as well!
Teen and Core Member Help Needed For Fundraiser:
Teens! We need your help both at the pre-sale weekends and the day of the Tree Lot to make this fundraiser possible! For those in Summit, I ask that you each do at least 2 hours of service. We’re all invested in this ministry and this is a great way to give back and support the ministry that you are a part of! You can come as much as you want and it will be fun! We’ll have the block rocker going with awesome Christmas tunes! But I ask that you each do 2 hours at least. Teens in Confirmation or looking for service hours, this is an AWESOME way to get service hours! Click here to signup to help!
